Hatched finally emerged in 2005, after years of writing, and creating ‘art that worked’ (not necessarily works of art…).
The mountain of diary pages, were miraculously reduced to a series of poems.
Katie Lincoln's documentary "Flight Path", accompanying the book, follows the process of getting the book together.
Hatched was published in 2006 with the financial support of the Waterford County Council Arts Office and Arts Council of Ireland, and was launched during the Immrama festival of Travel Writing in Lismore.
